Violet Plants

V. arborescens  (Shrubby Violet)

These small violets which are very pale violet in colour or almost white in some cases, grow as small bushes in Europe ,in calcareous conditions.They favour  poor ground   or stone soils and scrub conditions.  Flowering usually in April to June the leaves are narrow and grey in colour.
